Associate Coaching Team
Our associate coaches are experienced practitioners who understand client pressure, team dynamics and the realities of leading in fast-moving environments. They bring warmth, challenge and practical insight to every conversation.
Team Waterfall Hill
This is the team who keep everything running smoothly, from programme delivery to client support. They make sure your experience is thoughtful, responsive and seamless at every stage.

Emily
Emily is the calm force behind the tech and systems that keep my programmes running smoothly.
Emily ensures everything ‘behind the scenes’ works as it should - portals are live, links land, emails send, and resources are exactly where they need to be. If something needs setting up, refining or quietly fixing, she’s already ahead of it.
Emily is also often the first point of contact for clients, keeping communication clear and practical and making sure everyone feels supported throughout their experience.
Officially, Emily manages tech and systems. Unofficially, she makes complexity feel simple.
Sarah
Sarah is the creative brain behind how my ideas show up in the world. She takes podcasts scripts, workshops and Linda’s antics and turns them into clear, engaging content. From social captions, newsletters and website copy to visuals and repurposed resources, she makes sure the thinking lands well and looks as good as it reads.
Officially, she leads on content and creative support. Unofficially, she translates my thinking into something structured, polished and ready for the outside world.
Outside of work, she balances bounce fitness classes with chasing after five children (which absolutely counts as cardio), and treasures the occasional five quiet minutes with a good book.

Jen
Jen focuses on how things actually work - tightening systems, refining processes, and ensuring the moving parts within the business run smoothly and intentionally. With a sharp eye for simplicity and reducing unnecessary friction, she’s often asking: Is this the cleanest way to do this? Does this make sense? Does this serve the bigger goal?
Officially, she leads on efficiency, systems and team operations. Unofficially, she keeps me focused, applies gentle but necessary challenge, and ensures we build with clarity rather than noise.
Linda
Linda is the fictional manager who features in my social content. She isn’t based on one person - she’s a composite of the patterns I’ve seen across years of leadership and coaching.
Through humour, she highlights common leadership missteps: unclear expectations, avoidance of difficult conversations, and well-intentioned but ineffective behaviours.
Her role in the team is simple: she shows us what not to do, so we can lead better in real life.

This is the team that supports the work behind the scenes.
