It’s structured, accredited, and practical. It gives you real tools you can use straightaway - while also helping you step back, reflect, and grow as a leader.
I know choosing the right programme is a big decision, so this blog takes you behind the scenes of my group coaching programme, the Leadership Accelerator Premium - read on for a deep dive into:

The weekly calls: rhythm and reality
Every Tuesday at 1pm UK, we meet for a 90-minute live coaching call.
You can expect:
A blend of frameworks, coaching, and Q&A - so you get clarity plus personalised support
Peer discussions where leaders at all levels share challenges (you quickly realise you’re not the only one facing them)
Recordings are available after every call, so you don’t miss out if your diary clashes
Weekly themes
It’s the weekly rhythm that makes the change stick - learn, try, reflect, repeat.

Over the 24-weeks, we move through three broad areas:
Managing Self: clarity, confidence, boundaries, resilience
Managing Others: coaching, delegation, accountability, motivation
Managing Goals: decision-making, strategic focus, achieving sustainable results
You won’t just hear about these concepts. You’ll try them out, reflect on what happened, and bring your experiences back to the group.
The weekly workshop covers one of the topics below:
Once a month, the weekly call is focused on DiSC assessment reviews, answering questions you have and taking a closer look at one of the elements of DiSC profiling in more detail.
The How to Lead: Digital Academy
Alongside the live calls, you get access to six self-paced modules:
Engaging video lessons
Practical workbooks
Reflection prompts
Think of this as your on-demand toolkit. You can dip in whenever you need - whether that’s ahead of a tricky delegation conversation, or when you want to revisit a framework.
This is where we cover the theory in a way that feels manageable - and always linked to practice.
Six modules to accelerate your leadership journey
Here’s what you’ll work through in six, focused modules:

Why DiSC® Profiling matters
Great leadership starts with self-awareness. That’s why every participant completes a DiSC® assessment and receives two detailed reports:
Workplace report: behavioural styles, motivators, stress triggers, communication preferences, and strategies for working with others
Management report: how you lead others, how you tend to delegate, motivate, develop, and communicate with your team - your sweet spots and your blind spots
This isn’t about labelling. It’s about knowing yourself and flexing your style so you can lead more effectively. Many leaders say the DiSC® insights are the most eye-opening part of the programme.
Here’s how DiSC works:
DiSC® Assessment through a certified provider, DiSC Simple
DiSC® measures various dimensions of your personality to help you understand yourself better and be a better leader.
Developed by psychologist William Moulton Marston, the DiSC® assessment examines how an individual ranks in the four primary personality types – dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness.
Everyone has these four characteristics, but the strength of each varies depending on the person. None of the DiSC®personality traits are inherently positive or negative. The test and results are nonjudgmental and help those who take it respond to conflict, resolve problems and discover what lies behind their common habits or working styles.
The workplace report focuses on building self-awareness and peer relationships, and the management report supports leaders in building positive relationships with team members and develops leadership capabilities.
It’s not about theory, it’s about flexing your style so your leadership lands.
Accreditation that counts
The Leadership Accelerator Premium programme is accredited by the Institute of Leadership.
That means:
On completion (with active participation and end of programme reflections), you receive a recognised certificate
You gain 12 months of Institute membership, with access to their incredible resources and networks
This adds weight to your CV - but more importantly, it signals to your organisation and your team that you’ve invested in credible, professional development.
Why accreditation matters
Accredited and certified by the Institute of Leadership
Knowing this programme is accredited by the internationally recognised Institute of Leadership assures you that you're getting a high-quality development plan that has been rigorously assessed.
The one-year membership you’ll gain from completing the programme includes access to Institute resources, and means you’ll be joining a global community of over 50,000 managers and leaders. You’ll experience the power of being better informed, better connected, and better positioned for success.
Being a member of The Institute of Leadership provides you with professional recognition as well as a host of incredible tools and resources tailored to your leadership goals.
The Peer Community
One of the things graduates of the programme, and the alumni group say they value most is the community of peers.
Leadership can be lonely. In my programme, you’re surrounded by people who “get it.” Leaders from different sectors share their challenges, insights, and wins - and many choose to stay connected afterwards through the alumni group - keeping momentum long past the 24-weeks.
Real outcomes, reported by graduates
Here’s what past participants have told me:
“I delegate more confidently, and my team are stepping up”
“I’ve shifted from firefighting to actually focusing on strategy”
“My relationships are stronger - less tension, more trust”
“I’ve got my evenings back. I’m not stuck in the weeds anymore”
Or, as one graduate put it:
“Kate is an exceptional leadership coach who truly transforms the way you think, lead, and grow. Working with her over the past few months has been nothing short of a leadership glow-up. More than just refining skills, it’s been a complete shift in confidence, clarity, and impact.
Kate has a rare ability to challenge, guide, and support in a way that pushes you to new heights while keeping the journey engaging and energising. Her coaching has redefined leadership for me - not just as a skill set, but as a mindset that drives real results.
If you're looking for a programme that will sharpen your leadership, elevate your confidence, and help you step into your full potential, Kate is the one to call. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.”
