Before we begin your Leadership Accelerator programme, I'd like to understand a little more about you, your role and how you experience working within your team.

This isn't about having the "right" answers. It's a chance to reflect before our first session and will help me shape the coaching around the people in the room and what will be most useful for you as a group.
